Appointments/Retightening Sessions:

All clients must schedule their next retightening session at the end of their current session. If clients have not scheduled their next retightening session prior to leaving the current session; as a result, all clients are responsible for calling to schedule their next retightening session. All clients are responsible for scheduling and confirming the next appointments. 

Appointments:

$60 Deposit (New Clients Only) (ONLY SEND DEPOSITS When instructed to do so) (Deposits are nonrefundable)

A scheduled appointment must start on time. A client may arrive 4 to 5 minutes early.  A Client must be seated at the start of their scheduled appointment. Appointments are timed and must start on time. Appointments can not overlap. Failure to arrive on time will result in rescheduling. 

COVID-19 Restrictions:

1. Wearing a mask is optional. If you have any symptom of Cold or FLU, consistent cough, sneezing, runny nose, fever, etc. you will have to reschedule your appointment. Excessive coughing or sneezing can result in an automatic and on-the-spot cancellation of your appointment.

2. One Client at a time is allow in the studio 

 * No additional guest   

 * No children    

 * No pets

3. No smoking

4. No alcoholic drinks

5. Video such as FACETIME or ZOOM are not permitted in the Studio.

6. Video such as FACETIME or ZOOM clients' must have camera off.

7. Client taking pictures and video recording are not permitted  by the client in the Studio.

Refund Policy for Consultation, Establishment, Retightening and Maintenance Sessions:

Fees are paid in full before services rendered.

No Refunds for Consultation 

No Refunds for Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks Establishment locking session

No Refunds for Retightening 

No Refunds for Micro-locks Services

No Refund for Hair Styling

No Refund for Maintenance/Grooming & Repair Sessions

No Refund for Deposits.

Hair extensions and lock replacements are not offered

Order of Services: 

1st Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks or Micro-locks Consultation

2nd Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks or Micro-locks Establishment Locking Session

3rd Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks or Micro-locks Follow-up Appointment Retightening Sessions

4th Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks or Micro-locks Continuous Retightening Sessions as directed by your Consultant.

Additional Services: (additional fees will apply)

* Hair Styling

* Grooming & Repair Sessions

* Lock Cutting &/or Trimming

* Trouble Shooting Consultation

* Assessment Consultation

Washing clients hair is not offered at this time 

Clients are responsible for washing their hair as directed by your consultant.

Unclean scalp and hair will result in an automatic and on-the-spot cancellation of your appointment.

NOTE:

Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks "Additional Services" are separate services and not offered during scheduled retightening session. "Additional Services" need to be scheduled prior to Retightening Sessions. It is important that the client informs the consultant about the type of service being requested prior to the scheduled appointment. For this reason, the amount of time is calculated. 

The Sisterlocks Consultant will take pictures and videos of clients' hair for certification purposes and advertisement.

SISTERLOCKS products are recommended for long-term care of your locks. You may find products at sisterlocks.com or etsy.com
